In the position of Youth Development Coach, the employee shall be responsible for the coaching and development of youth players at the Cayman Islands Rugby Football Union (CRFU), the delivery of the schools rugby program and providing assistance to the Development Managers (Junior and Female) as required, the Development Coach shall carry out the following duties; Assisting in the delivery of the rugby participation growth strategy for the CRFU, provide recommendations for improvement of the same. The preparation and delivery of a development programme and calendar which should include school visits, school holiday rugby camps (the default being one week per each school holiday period) and weekend rugby activities, training and gym time, the holiday camp schedule should be published at the commencement of each school year; Developing and maintaining links and relationships with local schools, seek to generate an affection for rugby; Proactively communicate with the schools and parents ahead of any scheduled visit, seek feedback on and agree program delivery; Provide recommendations in relation to the delivery of the development programs or remediation of the same. Participate in weekly team meetings and provide verbal reports in relation to the same; Provide written monthly reporting to the Director of Rugby, develop .and provide quarterly performance reviews of activities and any adjustments to the annual plan for the next quarter.
