• Provide pre-trade and post trade support for metal sales activities. • Understand the lifecycle of metal deliveries from mine production to shipment of concentrate and dore to smelters and refiners. • Prepare daily technical analysis of metals markets, econometric analysis, monitoring and recommending daily trading levels for trade execution. • Review monthly mining partner production reports and delivery schedules for exposure management. • Perform daily and quarterly SOX checks for all trades and metal account clearing activities. • Monitor bullion bank counterparty performance and benchmarks against LBMA averages. • Support all other metal sales activities and provide timely ad hoc reporting on critical issues, market analysis and other reporting requirements as needed. • Responsible for timely preparation of the Daily Market Update, Precious Metals Sales Update, Monthly ETF, CFTC Analysis and quarterly metal sales reports. • Monitor and facilitate unallocated metal clearing transfers and provide daily metal account reconciliation. • Prepare annual bullion bank KYC reviews and bullion bank counterparty assessments. • Prepare monthly sales positions reports and quarterly cobalt, PGM and Precious Metals sales performance reports for senior management and board presentations. • Assist and collaborate with various teams and projects across the organizations. • Provide ongoing ad-hoc analytical support to numerous internal and external parties. • Oversee WPMI’s AI Builder and Power Automate back-office trade confirmation algorithms.
