IT Outsource Ltd ("ITO") is a full-service IT Consultancy and Business Solutions firm, based in the Cayman Islands and has been providing technology based solutions for clients in the English-speaking Caribbean since 2004. ITO focuses on clients in the Offshore financial services sector in the region and is able to offer best-of-breed solutions for SME and Enterprise clients. Due to continued expansion, we invite applications for the position of Senior Sales Consultant - SME. This is a client-facing, revenue generating role with Sales and Account Management responsibilities for the SME vertical. The primary responsibilities are the ongoing solicitation of sales of IT Services such as Managed Services (MSP), Managed Security Services (MSSP), Managed SIEM, IT Projects and IT Hardware & Software Solutions (Server, Storage and Networking products) to existing and prospective SME Clients in the Cayman Islands and the wider Caribbean. The Employee will be expected to build relationships with key stakeholders within prospective Clients and act as a trusted advisor, delivering Pre-Sales advice and a business case for supporting the Sales cycle of the solutions being proposed. The role will suit someone who is independent and a self-starter and is 100% comfortable hunting for new business and is happy to hold multiple client meetings per week to progress new leads and sales with prospective clients. The Company may from time to time require the Employee to attend various social functions and a limited amount of International travel should be expected. Essential: Previous experience in selling IT Managed Services (MSP), IT Managed Security Services (MSSP), Managed SIEM, IT Projects and IT Support services. Essential: Strong communication skills and experience of selling IT Services and IT Hardware and Software Solutions. Essential: Strong Pre-Sales background and confidence with dealing with clients at all levels. Essential: Previous experience of working for a Consultancy firm or Value-Added Reseller Essential: Minimum five (5) years’ experience of selling HPE Server and Storage hardware solutions. Essential: Minimum five (5) years’ experience of selling Wired and Wireless Network Solutions from Cisco or HPE Aruba.
