The position requires a degree in Quantity Surveying from a RICS recognized institution together with RICS chartership. Candidates must have at least 15 years’ experience working for a Main Contractor as an Estimator and Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor in the Caribbean or United Kingdom, and with experience of both public Sector and private sector projects with a Construction Value in excess of $25Million. Responsible for the budget and financial management of large-scale construction projects in excess of $25 Million, recognize business opportunities, contract negotiation and agreement along with pricing bids to win new contracts, project cost planning, cost and risk management. Strategically plan to expand, preserve or improve procedures, standards or policies. Oversee and manage client relationships.
