Sun Tot Swim are seeking a passionate Swim instructor to join our team in the beautiful Cayman Islands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching individuals of all ages and skill levels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Instruction: - Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups, ranging from beginners to advanced swimmers. - Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students. - Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. 2. Assessment & Progress Tracking: - Evaluate students' abilities and progress. - Create own teaching plan and structure for each term for improvement. - Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance. 3. Communication: - Communicate effectively with students, parents and caregivers regarding scheduling and term dates, swimming days and times, costs and payments. - Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. 4. Equipment: - Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any damages or malfunctions and organise replacement. - Keep clean and maintain equipment for keeping a safe swimming environment. 5. Candidate must have a strong written and spoken command of the English language.
