Job Title: Audit Partner Occupation: Auditor Employer: MHA MacIntyre Hudson Cayman Ltd, T/A: MHA Cayman Start Date: 10 June 2024 Expiration Date: 30 June 2024 MHA Cayman is seeking an experienced and dedicated Audit Partner to help lead our dynamic investment fund and digital asset audit services in the Cayman Islands. The appointment would be as a Partner of our Cayman and London-based audit practices, which are under common ownership. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of our innovative and collaborative team with substantial autonomy and support from our London and Cayman practices. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage audit engagements for investment funds, including digital asset-focused investment funds. • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the audit team. • Ensure compliance with International Standards on Auditing combined with IFRS, US GAAP, or UK GAAP. • Win, develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of audit quality and responsiveness. • Oversee training and development of audit staff. Qualifications and Experience: • Proven success as an audit partner in the asset management industry (minimum 2 years). • Eligible for licensing as an audit practitioner in the Cayman Islands. • Over 10 years of experience in the investment funds industry. • Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CA, or CPA) with proven audit expertise. • In-depth knowledge of complex financial instruments and appropriate valuation techniques. • Successful experience in team training, leadership, and leading international audit assignments. • Well-developed interpersonal, practice management, organisational, and IT skills and proficiency. Salary ranges from US$200,000 to US$255,000 depending on career history and performance, with benefits such as medical and standard pension contributions.
