Responsibilities: • Coordinate with cruise ships and employees regarding tour counts and completed tours • Complete daily reports • Transport guests to and from the terminal and excursion sites • Provide accurate descriptions of all excursions and answer guests' questions in a friendly manner • Conduct safety briefings for large groups • Handle invoicing tasks • Take photographs • Generate WaveRunner rentals and coordinate with the supervisor • Maintain a strictly professional attitude with guests and staff • Handle complaints as necessary and notify supervisors immediately Requirements: • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) preferred • Ability to interact with others using courtesy, tact, and good judgment • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive communications • Ability to understand and execute communications effectively • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision • Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English in person and over the telephone • Valid state driver's license Job Conditions and Environment: • Required to sit for long periods • Infrequent light physical effort required Benefits: • Health and pension benefits as required by law
