Job Title: Lead Service Advisor Department: Service Reports To: Service Manager Job Summary – This position is responsible for assisting customers with maintenance and service needs. While maintaining open and transparent communication with customers and following the company’s policies and procedures. Job Duties • Initiate contact with customers to gather essential customer and vehicle data. • Coordinate all service and repair activities for customer vehicles. • Coordinate customer reception, vehicle handover, and location logistics. • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and answering inquiries. • Greet customers, assess service needs, and guide them through the service process. • Provide expert recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance. • Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, keeping them informed throughout the service and repair process. • Check for and authorize necessary service measures, recalls and assess warranty and goodwill claims. • Document completed work and deliver vehicles to parking areas or workstations. • Strictly adhere to the estimate and approval process for all work being recommended and/or completed. • Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. • Collaborate with the service team to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs. • Schedule appointments according to customer needs within three days, assigning a dedicated Service Advisor, reserving necessary resources, and optimizing workshop capacity utilization. • Fulfill any additional duties as directed by management. Requirements • Excellent ability to read, comprehend, write and speak English. • Ability to perform intermediate math. • Positive interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. • Ability to display initiative, work with limited supervision and follow instructions within the framework of a team. • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and commitment. • Ability to work with diverse cultures and teams in a friendly, productive manner. • Must be able to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment. • Computer competency required at an intermediate level or higher. • Automotive Manufacturer Training. • Valid Driver’s License. • High School Diploma and/or Automotive Technical Certification. • 2-4 years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
