5 years' experience in a similar establishment needed. Prepare all alcohol & non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers and take orders. Assess customers' needs and preferences and meet accordingly. Help plan bar menu. Re-stock bar & take inventory. Comply with all food & beverage regulations and keep a clean and sanitary bar at all times. High paced restaurant so have to be quick on your feet and knowledgeable on the ALOHA computer system. Have to be able to work split shifts and holidays.
