Inspect and ensure the quality of welds, making any necessary adjustments or repairs. Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to specification. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred. Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficiency in various welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
