The successful candidate will be responsible for the general management of the office, all office operations, and the implementation and administration of office related projects surrounding processes and procedures. Among all duties associated with the office management, additional responsibilities will include: • Accounts, Bank and overseas payable reconciliations • Internal Audit and Controls Management • Cash flow management • Handle all POS balancing, issues related. • Management of stock, receiving, data entry, assisting retail staff with all retail operations when required. • Deal with the IT provider/ IT related issues/be the lead for related projects, systems, POS, etc. Minimum requirements: College degree in Business Administration or accounting-related work experience in accounting, finance, and office procedures. Must be a team player with strong work ethics and ability to set and work with deadlines. Experience in the role of office management is a necessity. Candidate will also possess: • Excellent communication and supervisory skills • Strong organization skills • Strong decision-making skills • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, and POS systems. NOTE: This is not a starter position. This candidate is responsible for managing all aspects of the main office, business, and shops plus know how to do other jobs (cover/assist/instruct) held by other office personnel eg. HR if needed, payroll, etc., as well as assist retail, if needed, with issues, problems, etc. *Preference will be given to Caymanians/PR Holders. Salary commensurate with experience.
