Full time Horticultural/Greenhouse Grower/Propagator for landscape and plant nursery includes: responsibility for the care and propagation of all plants for a large nursery for both retail and commercial usage; fertilization/chemical application; pest control, irrigation, plus use of all tools and equipment in coordination with management. Must work 6 days per week, outdoors, and in all weather conditions. ++Caymanians, Status Holders, Spouses of Caymanians or Legal Residents preferred. *Min. 5 years experience in Horticulture/plant knowledge/nursery industry, focusing on propagation. *Preferred degree or certification in the industry. *Certifications and extensive knowledge in fertilizers and all chemicals. *Experience in assisting/leading staff is beneficial. *Excellent organizational skills. * Must have a clean Police clearance. *Cayman Drivers license and own vehicle is advantageous. *MUST work 6 days/week, outdoors, and in all weather conditions = willing to work weekends, and some Sundays. *The successful candidate will be prompt, self-directed, hard-working, reliable and good at problem solving, multi-tasking and expediting. **Applicants can collect and complete an application form at our 324 Walkers Road location or return via email to Box 1039, KY1-1102
