Description of Job A Producer will be responsible for building relationships and creating/ executing events at the hotel to help cultivate community and enjoyable stay for hotel guests. Job Overview: - Managing and overseeing events from concepts to execution. - Create detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines. - Develop creative ideas and concepts to make the event unique and memorable. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of event staff - Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners, including negotiating contracts and agreements. - Conduct post-event evaluations to determine the event’s success and areas for improvement. - Developing boutique PR relationships and maintaining integrity in brand directions. - Identifying opportunities for activations, partnerships, and promotional programming to enhance the property experience. Qualifications - Strong Production and Organizational Skills (events more than with 400 people) - Experience working for Large International public relations brands. - Personal networks of international brands and partners and Clientele. - Extensive experience in Boutique PR and Marketing Calendar. - Knowledge of Creative Events and Photo Studio Productions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Suite and TripleSeat, SevenRooms, and HubSpot. Required Education Bachelor or associate in arts or any related fields.
