A minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years at a management level A recognized Commercial, Construction or Engineering related Bachelor’s degree Professional membership to relevant body - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Chartered Institute of Arbitrators preferred Previous experience managing multiple mixed-use projects at varying sizes Experience managing a team of construction professionals within a large organization engaged in multiple projects and project phases Experience in management of contract documents including review, approval and consideration of overarching regulations Experience in procurement of larger real estate projects exceeding US$ 150m. Proven ability to engage, negotiate and coordinate with external vendors Proficient in Microsoft Office, PMWeb Be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of procurement function on assigned projects Develop procurement schedules in conjunction with the wider commercial, design, execution, logistics, project info team Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analysing project procurement schedules Be responsible for leading regular procurement reviews with project teams, dept. leaders, execs., consultants and where applicable, vendors Identify and coordinate time and cost saving opportunities through the execution of projects Implement early warnings to identify procurement risks, challenging assumptions across and ensure mitigation protocols are in place Maintain and develop capacity of both local and international supply chain to ensure new opportunities are explored
