Experience with or exposure to property management A minimum of 3 years of customer service or customer contact work experience Good computer skills, able to learn different platforms and strong skillset with Microsoft Office and Excel Strong customer service and public relations skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail a must Personal presentation and ability to maintain professionalism. Ability to work with cross-functional teams Maturity & self-confidence a must Maintain corporate confidentiality Act as liaison between the Property Management team and clients through day-to-day relationships with client and/or client representative and developing an understanding of unique client needs in order to anticipate and respond to needs and requests Assist the Property Manager with regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement Promote positive proactive client relations by demonstrating a “firm, fair, and consistent” manner in all client interactions Participate in the Investigation of complaints, disturbances and violations and assist with problem resolution following department protocol Maintain records, reports, and files, as requested Assist the Property Manager with building maintenance tasks and property projects Assist with coordination of client events
