Monthly reporting requirements, Profit and Loss, Cash flow statement, Monthly bank reconciliations Balance Sheet preparation and completion Monthly management reports Annual financial audit preparation Receivables reporting (weekly for receivables) Timely Accounts Receivable Collection Ensure accurate and timely invoicing Manage the Accounts payable function of the business Cost reduction and assessment of fixed and variable costs Onboard new internal and contract employees on the company medical and pension plan Provide monthly distribution of pension payments Manage employee expenses and keep accurate records Answer internal and external employee queries surrounding pay and benefits Attend the bank when required, cashing cheques, pick and collections etc Set up Bamboo Employee system for both internal and external employees Liaise with external auditors Keep all supplier contracts on file, for IT, telecoms, rent etc and renegotiate annually Qualifications Minimum 5 years Accounting experience in a commercial environment 5 years post qualification, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA Bachelor's Degree Expert level in QuickBooks Experience with Multicurrency payroll, Managing debtors days, receivables reporting, KPI’s, Excel macros, VBA, IF statements essential reporting requirements Quick Books, Accounting and Excel test will be administered Must be able to provide a clean police clearance certificate
