M.A.B. Ltd. T/A Mike’s Esso is a busy gasoline service station and convenience store with two branches in the Cayman Islands. The client needs a reliable Customer Service Attendant with the following duties and responsibilities: • When working at the front, the employee must assist customers in checking out items purchased from the store. • Employees must be always mindful of all pumps to avoid any drive-offs. • The employee needs to adapt to a fast-paced environment constantly changing and barraging with sights, sounds, and smells throughout the shift. • The employee needs to work with the team to keep the station always clean, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, upkeep and cleaning equipment, and removing trash. • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. • Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. • The ability to speak more than one language is a plus. • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus. As the job is a 24-hour business, employees may be asked to work during various hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
