Key Responsibilities: •Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders in children. •Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s specific needs. •Provide therapy for a variety of speech and language disorders, including articulation, phonology, fluency, voice, and language delays. •Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment. •Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress and treatment plans. •Stay current with the latest research and advancements in pediatric speech therapy. •Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: •Master’s degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology/Therapy •Valid CPAM license and current speech-language pathology/therapy certification •Minimum of 10 years of experience in pediatric speech therapy. •Extensive experience with a wide range of developmental, cognitive, neurological and acquired speech and language disorders in children. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills. •Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. •Passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
