We are seeking a talented fund services account manager to join our established Cayman office. The Role Responsibilities will primarily entail attending to the day-to-day client regulatory accounts assigned to the employee and working with other members of the Regulatory Team to meet all Client regulatory obligations. Duties Include but are not limited to: - the day-to-day handling of all client regulatory accounts assigned to the employee -development of the AML processes and procedures for client services, -participating in Client calls and working other members of the Regulatory Team to meet all Client regulatory obligations along with the performance of any other lawful directions that may be given by Trident Management. Qualifications and Experience -Bachelor's degree and/or professional designation equivalent – A minimum of five (5) years of experience directly related to the corporate services industry in Cayman – Sound knowledge of the procedures involved in striking off and dissolution of various corporate structures – Familiarity with relevant legislation such as the Companies Act and Exempted Limited Partnership Act – Experience with regard to handling voluntary liquidations – Strong attention to detail, and the ability to analyze information and make appropriate decisions – Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications and proficiency in CORIS, CAPS, REEFs and ViewPoint.
