Responsibilities: CRM Reporting and Customer Information System Data Input • Salesforce Internet Research projects • Create Lead generation for CRM tools, work with outsource vendors to identify lead lists • Build rapport with both new and existing customers • Monitor Tickets, Perform basic admin support replies on occasion & report to management on weekly status of priority tech support tickets • Process CIS Orders, Upgrades, Sales Recoveries, contracts. • Generate invoices and collaborate with accounting and operations personnel • Manage Health and Pension files/ contributions • General office tasks, front desk, P.A, travel, facilities operations Sales – HighQ, Demo Administrator • Create a sales client relationship by educating customers on product & services, and training offers to maximizing sales potential • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy incentive programs • Use Business Analyst ability to help clients with HighQ proof of concept business case & installation Qualifications: • Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree/ University or professional certificate related to general business. A focus on CRM, Software development or IT support a plus. • A minimum of 5 years’ salesforce and sales support experience • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Accuracy is paramount and all applicants will be tested. • Basic understanding of general IT terms and functions. Must be computer literate (strong keyboard & internet navigation, MS Office skills, basic IT skills, etc.). Preference to persons with IT administration experience. Applicants will be tested. • Proven track record of punctuality & attendance and professional nature • Ability to travel (Class A visa for international and USA Visa mandatory for extended stays in USA office). Available to work a flexible schedule (hours to meet UK flexibility, evenings, and some weekend hours to meet the needs of the business) ** • Must be comfortable/experience working in a small team office with aggressive & attainable sales targets
