General Duties/Responsibilities/Qualifications/Experience • Provide support to assigned leads and clients, including but not limited to, assisting prospective clients with account openings, answering sales inquiries and preparing quotes, accepting client purchase and sale transactions and assisting clients with shipments and transfers. • Keep track of sales inquiries in the company’s CRM and follow up as required to maximize sales revenue. • Prospect for clients and conduct business development on behalf of the company. • Attend weekly meetings and contribute to the Sales Team’s success. • University diploma or equivalent. • Sales experience (minimum 5 years’ experience) with proven knowledge of investment products. Experience in commodity trading is preferred. • Must demonstrate industry and market data analysis. • Strong English communications skills, written and spoken. • Computer literate in MS Office applications. • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
