WE WANT YOU TO: Maintain lists of equipment in need of planned maintenance and update changes. Develop and oversee schedules for planned maintenance and ensure completion of all tasks. Balance the planned maintenance workload to align required activities with resources available. Create and implement programs to optimize efficiency of maintenance. Maintain monthly forecast and track progress. Monitor and report on activities and highlight successes as well as areas in need of improvement. Establish, document and train staff on maintenance requirements including specific work instructions, safety protocols, check sheets and use of tools. Visit work sites regularly to support maintenance team members and to record progress and conduct quality inspections. Assist all staff with questions or problems dealing with buildings, locations and any technical issues as needed. Evaluate PMs to assure the tasks and processes are adequate to perform the maintenance and comply with the manufacturers recommended maintenance schedules. A collaborative effort with the team will be required especially in the absence of manufacturer recommendations. DO YOU HAVE: A minimum of 7 years of experience in preventative maintenance management and technical knowledge of equipment found in commercial buildings as well as knowledge of safety requirements related to maintenance tasks. Proven knowledge of using applicable software programs. A keen understanding of how all building equipment works to ensure maintenance programs are adequate and performing properly. High school diploma or GED required. Technical training certification is preferred. The ability to respond to inquiries and concerns from customers, managers, and staff members.
