In this role, the HFPA will lead a global team of analysts responsible for providing insightful financial analysis and forecasting in support of the strategic objectives of Walkers Professional Services ("WPS). The individual will be a key business partner to the CEO and his senior management team, providing financial guidance and partnering on critical business decisions. This leadership position demands deep business acumen, strong financial expertise and the ability to drive financial performance across multiple jurisdictions and markets in a high growth, high volume business working within a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. • Develop and implement the annual global budgeting process, financial modelling and long-term forecasts. • Oversee the variance analysis and reporting processes, including profitability analysis and scenario planning. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all locations, including regional managing directors and business unit leaders as well as the finance operations team. • Leading the thought process and design of a Next Generation Financial Analysis Team, leveraging the new ERP and other Data Analytics tool to enhance management dashboards, and creating Business Intelligence analytics to support the business. Education, Experience and Skills • CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation. • Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-jurisdictional financial planning and analysis position, preferably within a large professional services firm. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. • High levels of digital dexterity and deep knowledge of BI tools and Data Visualization software such as Power BI and Tableau. • Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. • Experience with financial planning & analysis software (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Adaptive Insights). • Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS accounting principles. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
