Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients professionally and warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Identify appropriate gemstones and precious metals based on customer requirements and provide comprehensive information on products, including brand-specific collections and industry trends. Develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients through personalized communication and exclusive services. Manage visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively and in line with brand standards. Oversee inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate product availability. Work closely with team members to enhance overall store performance and customer satisfaction. Adhere to and enforce security protocols to protect inventory and ensure a safe shopping environment. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of  2 years in sales or customer service, specifically in the jewelry or luxury goods industry. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in gemology or a related field is a plus. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent product knowledge or willingness to learn about gemstones and precious metals. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in visual merchandising and inventory management. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Personal Attributes: Passionate about customer service and sales.
