For this role you'll need to be a Cayman Islands Attorney, with at least 10 years PQE gained in an international law firm and have significant experience across offshore private wealth, probate and estates and trusts matters. You must have a good reputation in the market, be a strategic thinker and demonstrate strong leadership skills as well as a desire and ability to develop and motivate others. In this senior role within a global practice, we expect you to have excellent client management skills, strong technical knowledge and the ability to bring in new business and grow the practice. Clients come first, so you'll need to be commercial, responsive and flexible to meet their demands. The right candidate will have a network of strong client relationships, excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills, the ability to use initiative to resolve issues and to work independently on a range of complex matters. With excellent written and verbal English skills, a high level of IT proficiency, a strong sense of commercial awareness and a solution orientated approach.
