The Senior Administrator - Internal Governance & Support Services, will provide high-level internal governance and vital support services to the Regional Head and other members of the Senior Leadership team in the Caribbean. The role will serve as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversee special projects. This role will be on a full-time basis reporting directly to the Regional Head – Caribbean Job Duties: > Provide global Internal Governance and Operational services across the Region, providing a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organisation. > Develop, coordinate and implement internal governance programs in line with internal and regulatory requirements. > Propose creative solutions to problems regarding internal practices > Produce and amend business documents and contracts with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring soft and hard maintenance is undertaken. > Partner with cross functional management teams on various initiatives, project deliveries and other business needs > Provide oversight of team members responsible for supplies and provisions and manage property managers and designated service providers as needed, enhancing facilities management standards globally. > Increase savings through innovative solutions and analysis of global opportunities for operational matters. > Manage team resource allocation. > Conduct reading, researching, collecting and analysing of information as needed in order to brief senior leavers on various matters. > Liaise with external service providers on applications and renewals of all operational legal and administrative matters. Qualifications: > Have extensive experience in a similar role > The ability to exercise good judgment in diverse situations and to think strategically – balancing the current and future demands of the business. > Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to concurrently manage multiple projects, activities and deadlines. > Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. > Strong administrative, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. > Innovator & self-starter with high energy and drive. Energetic professional capable of wearing multiple hats. > Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency. > A high degree of diplomacy, tolerance, natural confidence and enthusiasm. > Have completed tertiary education or professional examinations with a focus on Mathematics, English, Business Administration or Finance > Have 10+ years of well-rounded Internal Governance, Operations and Project Management > High proficiency of using Office 365 including, Project, Excel, Word, Teams. > Previous professional office-based experience, ideally in the Fund Administration industry. > A professional approach and ability to remain highly motivated and focused. > A track record to successfully work within and with various teams. > The ability to work in a pressurized and demanding environment.
