- This position involves crewing on our sailboats for various snorkel trips and evening sails - Manage bar and stock levels of all supplies on the boat, dock, shed & shop. - Responsible for basic boat maintenance and cleanliness - Taking pictures and selling to guests on all catamaran trips and group events - Responsible for all Photo/Video guest communications - Review and refine photography, sales, and reconciliation process. - Create photo/video group packages - Maintain all photo/video equipment - Communicate with Group Sales for bookings on group photo/video package sales - Assist with additional catamaran crew duties as needed - Responsible for producing material for content creation and marketing purposes (also eligible for daily/annual sales commission/gratuity as per company policy)
