Responsible for teaching and guiding divers of all ages and abilities and also possess the ability and experience to operate a dive boat. Must be a certified Scuba Diving Instructor, energetic, have a smart appearance and possess excellent communication skills. Must have commercial/Instructional sailboat experience or equivalent competency, IYT- Powerboat & Rib master or equivalent qualifications required; must also have a sound knowledge of sailboat rigging, marine hardware & its maintenance.
