Take food and drink orders from guests as well as prepare various beverages in a high-volume indoor and outdoor venue. Must be motivated and proficient in handling cash/credit card transactions. Familiar with various Point-of-sale systems. Must have a positive attitude and an energetic personality. Will be required to work, day and evening shifts along with weekends and holidays. Minimum 3 year’s experience in high-volume outdoor beach/poolside venues. Knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and wine is required.
