Main duties will include but are not limited to; Preparing various forms of cuisine, maintaining accurate food inventories, restocking kitchen for subsequent shifts and ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift. Must have a positive attitude and an energetic personality with good knife skills, and food preparation. Will be required to work day and evening shifts along with weekends and holidays. 2 years minimum in high-volume outdoor beach/poolside venues
