The prospective candidate must have experience in the following: - A minimum of 8 years' experience in the HAIR industry. - Have experience in all hair services for men & women. - Have excellent communication skills. - Believes in working as a team player. - Believes in & is goal oriented. - Believes in receiving continued education. - Believes in recommending retail for client home care. - Is used to following rules, systems, policies & procedures. - Strives to provide exceptional customer service. - A plus to have experience with computers and salon/spa systems. - A plus to be familiar with Goldwell, TIGI products, Bosley & Capilia.
