Sales and customer Management of Digicel+ FttX and Home Entertainment products and services to new customers and up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers. Sales Management of a team of up to five (5) sales and service agents and development of this portfolio in line with business expectations, including very high customer NPS and advocacy. Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales agent and go-to-market activities. • Achievement of sales and business objectives, daily, weekly, and monthly. • Sales agents training and development. • Lead an outstanding customer experience across the customer engagement cycle, sell to services installed and onwards, achieving and sustaining a very high customer NPS. • Establish and or edit sales and customer KPI’s to meet or exceed business expectations. • Accountability for sales and reporting of sales, including pipeline. • Govern quality of information, including order and customer records. • Achieve aggressive sales targets while facilitating the highest level of customer satisfaction, achieving an increasing goal of up to 100 activations a month. • Reduce and manage churn and respond accurately and relevant to customers’ concerns, service requests, and inquiries. Academic qualifications and experience required for the job: • Minimum 5 CXC/GCE O “LEVELS (including Mathematics and English Language) • Basic computer skills, including the use of Excel, Word, and Outlook, are mandatory. • Demonstrated Knowledge of Internet and Cable TV Services. • A minimum of 5 years of experience relevant to the role and with experience in customer service and service delivery role with sales leader/coaching experience preferred. • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, communication skills, and ability to multi-task. • Flexible, quick-thinking, and energetic, must be customer-oriented, • Ability to rapidly learn sales methodologies and undertake training paths as the business prescribes.
