Duties and Responsibilities Includes cleaning up worksites assigned to the person and assisting carpenters, painters, or other tradespeople on-site, handling and transport materials and equipment, as necessary. This person will be responsible for ensuring that all commercial and residential properties of their clients are well maintained according to their company standards. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years’ experience relevant to the role is required. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.) required. Good hand-eye coordination and familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus. Must have clean police clearance, good communication and teamwork skills. Highschool or Equivalent
