Description: Open and close the kitchen follow recipes for preparation of menu items cook and present menu items in quickly and consistently track and record necessary items to be ordered work with other cooks to execute a flawless service and provide the customer with exceptional quality food in a timely manner Qualifications Must have 3-4 years of experience working in fast-paced kitchens doing short order cookery in local or international markets Must be able to follow a recipe and replicate dishes repeatedly with precise consistency Must be punctual, take pride in their food and appearance (we are an open kitchen) Must be a team player and work well with others Must be task-oriented and self motivated, working efficiently with minimal supervision Must have experience cooking North American cuisine
