The position involves the management of insolvency and corporate restructuring cases from initial engagement to dissolution. Due to the nature of this senior position and regulatory requirements, applicants should have an internationally recognized accounting designation from an approved institute and have at least 1500 chargeable hours of relevant experience PQE or an unqualified practitioner with a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience who is credited with not less than 3000 hours of relevant work over this period. At least 2 years of working experience must specifically be on complex litigation and running cross border insolvency cases. This is a specific hire where immediate relevant experience is key.  The position requires initiative, strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Significant demands over and above normal office hours will be expected as appointments dictate and a willingness to travel is required.  Salary will be commensurate with experience but will be between US$80,000 and US$100,000. Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Pension and medical coverage benefits are also offered as prescribed by law.
