Our client, Another Chance (Thrift Shop), is a retailer that sells high-end new and used clothing, kitchen wares, bedding, shoes, toys, etc. The business has rapidly grown over the years, and they have now opened four locations in the Cayman Islands. The shops always have a “sale event” and are open six days a week until 7 p.m. The company needs a Warehouse Helper with the following duties and responsibilities: • Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from the container to the warehouse. • Receive and process incoming stock. • Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and quality. • Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing merchandise. • Performing all duties necessary to maintain warehouse cleanliness, which includes sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed. • Ability to lift heavy objects to 50 pounds. No experience is necessary, but the candidate must be willing to be trained for the role. The candidate must have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and basic computer skills.
