Food & Beverage Supervisor The position includes, but is not limited to, supervising the Food and beverage operations of a dynamic seaside Bar and restaurant, an upscale evening restaurant, and banqueting functions for up to 300 persons. This position requires flexible hours and the ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods. Knowledge of all aspects of the Food and beverage industry, including wines and spirits, is required. This property caters to residents and visitors in a fast-paced but relaxed environment. Responsibilities Include: • Overseeing food and beverage operations, including the Chef team, while ensuring guest satisfaction • Ensuring compliance with accepted F & B policies and safety standards • Enforcing legal obligations and limitations • Monitoring operations, standards, and procedures related to all aspects of Food & Beverage • Oversee and motivate a staff of 60+ team members to effectively operate the business. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to convey and direct attention to detail. • Exceptional guest service and leadership skills -Lead by Example • Responsible for liaising regularly with the management team • Be an ambassador of tourism in the Cayman Islands The successful candidate must possess, at a minimum: • Five Years of F & B Management experience in a similar or comparable operation • High motivation and enthusiasm to lead and train all team members. • Ability to perform under pressure and manage customer complaints while calm and professional. • A clean police record, the ability to pass a drug screening, and verified character references. from previous employer(s) • The ability to learn.
