Duties will include but not limited to :exterior partition installation and finishing of dry wall, windows and doors, erection of sub roof, installation of ceiling and roof, wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists and stud work, installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation, adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures, constructing steel frames, supports, columns, concrete reinforcements and other steel structures, install steel bars to reinforce concrete, laying of bricks and blocks and rendering of concrete and dry wall, and perform other duties deemed necessary by the contractor, he will also be expected to make sure that the Caymanian on site is properly verse with all aspect of the job.
