Duties will include but not limited to installation and finalization of exterior partitions and drywall elements, fitting windows and doors, erecting sub roofs, and undertaking the installation of ceilings and roofing components, creation of wooden structures including roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work, installation of cabinetry, shelving, and fitted furnishings, along with the incorporation of drywall and insulation. Successful applicant will also be required to brick and block laying, as well as plastering drywall and rendering concrete walls and complete other construction duties deemed necessary for the smooth completion of the projects.
