• Minimum 3 years of experience as Front desk personnel or 3-4 years of employment within a Luxury Hotel Environment or Wellness Spa . • Must have Educational Qualification in Health & Wellness Centre or Diploma in Beauty Therapy . • Must have experience with Mac computers ,Excel ,Word, and Canva. • Excellent communication ,listening and computer skills . • Must have a strong command of social various media with creativity regarding advertising and promotions. • Ability to be efficient and productive in a luxury ,fast paced environment . • Must have experience with Spa Booking Software ( experience with CLINICO is a plus ) • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • MUST have a vehicle and a valid Cayman Drivers Licence. • Full time position, Tuesday through Saturday, occasional Mondays or out of hours as needed. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the Wellness Centre . • Schedule and manage client appointments using scheduling software. • Process client payments and maintain accurate financial records. • Coordinate with beauty therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations . • Work directly with Management with weekly meetings .
