You’ll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of cases including corporate investigations, forensic accounting and litigation support assignments, and asset recovery. The incumbent will be expected to work closely with lawyers and other professionals in relation to legal issues arising on cases. You’re energized by business development and keep up-to-date on industry trends and leading practices. Driving quality and excellent client service, while continuously developing and mentoring your team is a top priority. You also play a key role in managing the practice. About the team Deloitte provides Financial Advisory services in restructuring, valuations, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions, forensic investigations, anti-money laundering/anti-terrorist financing (AML/ATF) compliance, and ancillary services. You are someone with: • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary/qualification in a related field; an LLM and/or JD is strongly preferred • A minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in a public practice firm providing fraud, forensic, and litigation support services, preferably in the context of financial services, with at least 3 years’ experience at a manager level • An internationally recognized professional qualification in accounting or forensic services (ACCA, CA, ACA, CPA, OR CFE) • Experience providing litigation support services for complex and multi-jurisdictional litigation, asset recovery project experience, and experience selling and delivering financial advisory services Why Deloitte?
