The main functions of this role include: Conduct intake and initial assessments Develops individualized treatment plans, supervises behavior technician teams, conducts behavioral assessments, and monitors progress. Writes treatment plans and progress reports Run/leads/supervises group intervention sessions Monitors progress on plans and update treatment plan goals Runs one session per client, per month, with the RBT(s) assigned to the case present Conducts reassessment every 6 months Conducts parent training at least once per month, but ideally twice per month Projects schedules for their clients and RBTs, by the 14th of each month Meets with RBTs on their caseload each Friday, in small groups, to discuss any clinical concerns or suggestions. Assessment and Case Management Conducts face-to-face initial assessment with client in appropriate and clinically relevant settings Collects, uploads and reviews all client files provided by parents and other providers to CentralReach before assessment begins Develops and maintains treatment plans, in preparation for report-writing and ongoing treatment plan export Develops treatment plan goals aligned with assessment data, skill deficits and parent goals Ensures teaching interventions selected are behavioral cusps/therapeutically indicated for each client Determines the measurement system and behavioural dimension best suited to track progress for each client Establishes a prompt hierarchy for each skill acquisition lesson based on domain and client performance Conducts FBAs for maladaptive behaviours using standardized assessment tools and develops behavior intervention plans. Creates client session schedule for RBTs to follow Collaborates with the client’s multi-disciplinary team, and makes referrals to additional team members required for optimal progress Conduct Case Transition procedure when transferring cases to another BCBA. Conducts ongoing treatment updates for each client based on individualized revision criteria Reviews graphs and raw data at least weekly and revises programming based on learner performance Conducts case management prioritization for skill acquisition and maladaptive behaviour Ensures BIPs match and are up to date in Treatment Planning sheets and in data collection system (Skills) Ensures programming by skills domain are up to date in Treatment Planning sheet in data collection system (Skills) Updates client treatment plans in Skills as it changes, including changes to treatment hours recommendations Writes progress reports/referral authorization forms for all CINICO clients Responds to RBT/Clinical manager questions/concerns/updates noted in Treatment Planning sheets within 24 hours and conducts prioritization analysis to address the comment Conducts assessment updates (ongoing, every 3 months at minimum) and updates treatment plans in Skills and Google Sheets during assessment update Documentation & Reporting Develops data sheets as necessary Seeks feedback from Clinical Manager and Client Quality Assurance Supervisor for areas of need on a client-specific basis and RBT-specific basis Writes SOAP notes for each appointment in Skills Prepares Meeting Minutes/Agenda prior to all meetings Uploads all client documents in CentralReach/data collection system as they are collected Develops transfer strategies for transitioning clients on a formal transition plan, and provides documentation for transitioning/discharging clients well in advance of discharge date Meets regularly with Client Quality Assurance Supervisor and notifies her/him immediately of issues impacting client’s progress and satisfaction Parent Training & MDT Collaboration Schedule caregiver training with parents at a minimum of once per month Schedules MDT meetings at a minimum of once every 4-6 weeks Assists relevant stakeholders on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems Set and achieve performance goals with patient, patient guardian, and treatment teams Prepare for and attend patient educational meetings (Individual Education Plan meetings, IPPs, IFSP, ARC) and develop treatment recommendations Train patients’ guardians and family members on treatment techniques; maintain positive working relationship with patients’ family; respond to guardian questions in timely and professional manner Work cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders including school personnel/administration, outside service providers, regional center personnel, and other agency personnel Supervision & Administrative Lead, supervise, and mentor treatment teams of technicians, with individual and group supervision Meets all supervision requirements for RBTs as guided by the Client Quality Assurance Supervisor Assist with staff training Leads team meetings with Behaviour Technician’s regarding client-specific needs and concerns Supervises Cayman ABA RBT staff and those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA credential Conducts treatment integrity checks as needed when delegated by Clinical Manager Minimizes cancellations of scheduled sessions Ensures billable hours KPIs are being met Coordinates with Client Quality Assurance Supervisor for scheduling needs/drafts monthly Maintains license to practice. Maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by Supervisors. Eligibility: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB® Current CPAM licensure Three years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting. Two or more years' experience providing staff direction and development in a supervisory role. (preferred) Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, NET, PECS, and other ABA strategies.
