KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 1. Planning and developing business to increase profitability of the branch • Set and developing branch business plan • Implement business plan to increase profitability of the branch 2. Maintaining efficiency and effectiveness of the branch operation by: • Responsible to hold and maintain the password of super user (user administration) of the core banking system in branch and SWIFT • Implement the policy statement of International Banking and Financial Institution (IBFI) Group Bank Mandiri in relation to the branch activity. • Implement and asses the performance of Business Development, Treasury & Financial Institution Relationship, Operation, MIS & Accounting (MISA) and ICC Unit. • Implement job specifications and performance evaluation methods in reviewing staffs performance against job descriptions and conducting training need requirement for staffs • Review and maintain policy manual and procedures • Set up and fix up organization chart as well as organization (Human Capital), software (system), hardware (IT & Supporting Hardware), workflow and organization flow and environment and work climate in the branch • Ensure the correctness and accuracy of the branch financial data/reports • Review all the necessary external and internal report • As an alternate for any repatriated Home Staff 3. Maintaining and improving the image of Bank Mandiri in International Market. • Promote Bank Mandiri good image in market through business functions in North, Central and South America. • Disseminate positive and updated information of Bank Mandiri to the Correspondent Banks and Monetary Authority. 4. Maintaining good communication and performance within the branch management. • Implement the strategic policies in order to improve the branch performance • Maintain Branch Information System (Back Office System, Payment System and LAN System) Checking and disposing the incoming letters, email, facsimiles and Swifts. • Cal meetings with managers on a regular basis and monitor the accomplishment of the job • Check and verify all end result of each department. 5. Maintaining good communication and relationship with Correspondence banks, Monetary Authority, Head Office, Overseas & Domestic branches, customers and other related parties. • Maintain and develop good communication with each Unit in Head Office through IBFI Group and other Overseas& Domestic Branches to ensure the smooth operation of the branch, • Maintain and developing communication with other correspondent banks for a mutually beneficial relationship. • Maintain good communication and relationship with the Monetary Authority (Regulator). • Ensure the proper of the business compare with internal and external regulation and law 6. Developing and maintaining Business Contingency Plan (BCP) to anticipate worst condition • Ensure branch has proper & adequate BCP to anticipate worst condition • Maintain and updating / testing Business Contingency Plan periodically • Determine level of disaster to operate branch operation under Business Contingency Plan arrangement 7. Performing as the Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer (DMLRO). 8. Performing as Internal Control & Compliance for Operational Transactions. 9. Performing as Business Development Manager. 10. Performing as SWIFT Releasing Officer. 11. Reviewing BMCI’s Manual & Procedures periodically. 12. Execute other relevant duties assigned by Head Office Management, including and not limited to do the stress test (liquidity risk, market risk, credit risk) and BCP test. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 10 years working experiences in related departments of bank as Department Head level (Vice President) in Head Office or Overseas Branch General Manager • Knowledge & experience of International Banking practices. • Knowledge & experience of Rules and Regulations related to bank business • Knowledge & experience of Treasury of Banking Business with certificate • Knowledge & experience of Loan/Credit with certificate • Knowledge & experience Trade Services, Trade Finance, and retail banking products • Knowledge & experience of Risk Management with certificate level III (refer to Indonesian Banks Certification Body) • Knowledge & experience of Banking Operational • Knowledge & experience of Banking Information Technology and Accounting • Negotiations and marketing skills • Financial analysis skills • Strong command in Bahasa Indonesia & English (written and spoken) • Possess a sufficient knowledge of the English language (IELTS band score 6, preferably 6.5 or above.
