AMR Consulting Engineers is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy company covering all aspects of structural and civil engineering. The company has an extensive experience of working in the Cayman Islands from design, project management and site monitoring. Our company needs a Construction Technologist who will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: • Reasonable work expected of a Construction Technologist to include but not limited to: -Drafting in CAD and BIM -Sketchup, 3D rendering -Assist structural / civil engineers, preparation of structural / civil construction drawings -Stormwater management and site grading designs This person will also include coordination of construction drawings, planning administration and submittals to the online planning system. Be part of task or project teams; be directed and supervised by project engineers. For this role, a minimum of 5 years’ experience relevant to the role is required, must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture. Must have attention to detail, goal-oriented, can work well under pressure and can meet deadlines. Must have a clean police clearance.
