The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) must have the ability to provide a range of applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessments and clinical services for children and adolescents with Autism and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA must also consult, attend client related meetings, provide training to staff and caregivers. and design behavior support plans. The BCBA is responsible for collaborating with case managers to monitor and continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, behavior plans and individual education plans for clients. The BCBA must be eligible to be licensed by the Council for Professions Allied with Medicine (CPAM) of the Cayman Islands.
