The CEO IS EFG's country head in the Cayman Islands responsible for growing the private banking business, developing a positive work environment consistent with the bank's values; and ensuring all operations are compliant with Cayman and Swiss regulations. The incumbent will lead the entity effectively, while establishing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Task and Responsibilities: Overall primary management and leadership role in the organization. Provide direction and leadership towards the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its goals and objectives. Support all functions of the bank and work together with the central team in Switzerland and the regional team in Miami. Financial, risk and facilities management - recommended annual budget, approve and prudently manage organizations resources within budget according to current laws and regulations. Ensure that the organization operations within approved policies and procedures and in accordance with current laws and regulations.
