Technical & Vocational Education & Training (TVET)

WORC offers TVET training and development courses aimed at upskilling, retooling, and accessing industry qualifications for Caymanians in the workforce.

TVET may occur in educational or professional settings focusing on industry practices.  It combines theoretical learning in the classroom and practical self-directed education, such as internships and on-the-job experiences, to equip Caymanians with the knowledge and skills needed in the workplace, focusing on the technical aspects.
