Households that are currently receiving financial assistance will not experience a change to services until the current approval for financial assistance expires.

3. Identification for everyone in the household
4. Proof of Cayman status for everyone in the household
5. Birth certificates for all dependents
6. Proof of income, savings and expenses

You are eligible for financial assistance if you are:

• Caymanian, a spouse or civil partner of a Caymanian or a guardian of a dependent who is Caymanian
• You have been resident in the Cayman Islands at the time of the application and at least eight out of the last 12 months
• Your household income and savings are lower than the maximum for your household size
• Your household expenses are more than your household income
