Reporting Fraud

We are committed to ensuring that financial support reaches those who truly need it. Fraudulent claims divert resources from those in genuine need and harm our community. If you suspect fraud, please report it through one of the following methods:

When reporting, provide as much information as possible about the person you suspect, including:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Type of fraud you suspect

  • Any supporting evidence like photos or documents

Your report can be anonymous; you don't have to disclose your name or contact details unless you choose to.

Please note that while we'll review the information you provide, we cannot share the outcome of the investigation with you.

Action will only be taken if fraud is confirmed. This may involve terminating a person's financial assistance and pursuing legal action.

In some cases, no action is necessary. The person may have reported a change in their circumstances, or their benefit may remain unaffected by the reported information.
