We are introducing new feature that will allow our customers to trust a device or browser for 30 days. After submitting a correct username and password, and supplying the 6 digit One Time Passcode, you will be asked whether you wish to enable this feature.

There are three options available:

• Yes please! When you login again you will be prompted for your username and password, but for the next 30 days you will not be prompted to enter a One Time Passcode. 
• No. Not this time. We’ll log you in, and next time you login we will ask you again.
• No, and don’t ask me again for 30 days. We’ll log you in, but for 30 days we will not ask you again if you wish to trust this particular device or browser. Use this option if you are logging in from a shared device. Your choice will affect all users of the device. 

We're also improving the on-screen messaging throughout the Sign In process. We're using more informative propmts, and less technical jargon, to provide clearer information when you need it.
